Battle of the Bay Music Tournament proudly champions both emerging artists and the next generation of music creators. Our community-driven competition unites diverse musical talents across the Bay Area while supporting vital youth music and audio/visual education programs. Through partnerships with local youth organizations, we're investing in the future of music - 10% of all event proceeds directly fund California youth music and A/V outreach programs, helping provide instruments, equipment, and education to aspiring young artists. Join us March 29th & 30th at Sports Basement for an unforgettable showcase featuring winners from preliminary rounds held at venues throughout the Bay Area. Experience extraordinary local talent while supporting programs that make music education accessible to all. Together, we're not just celebrating today's musicians - we're nurturing tomorrow's artists. Three Weeks of Battles
The three-week duration of Battle of the Bay promises something new every weekend! Each week features different genres and styles showcased by talented independent artists spanning multiple locations throughout the bay area. Attendees can enjoy diverse musical experiences from energetic rock bands to soulful solo acts all while engaging with food vendors and merchandise booths contributing to a lively festival atmosphere. The 29th 230 till 730 will be a mix of local and out of area elimination rounds, and the finals will be held from 230 till 730 pm on the 30th of March. Both with special hosts and comedy between full band sets and during intermissions.
